In this online cooking class, you and your kids will learn to prepare French toast from scratch using fresh brioche bread, eggs and cinnamon. Together with Chef Amanda, your crew will also learn how to create Avocado-Halloumi toast to share with the family.
On the menu:
Nut-free, homemade granola served with organic fruit and Greek yogurt
Banana French Toast, made with brioche from Bonjour Brioche and topped with bananas with maple syrup on the side
Avocado-Halloumi Toast, made with fresh sourdough from Blackbird Bakery, savoury halloumi cheese, avocado spread, heirloom tomatoes, sumac and sesame seeds
